Readers Respond to the 2019 WSJ Airport Rankings

Perhaps Wall Street Journal subscriber Andy Xia put it best: “Maybe the punchline is that U.S. airports are just bad.”

After The Wall Street Journal ranked the top 20 largest U.S. airports for the first time last year, many readers regretted that Tampa, Fla., and Portland, Ore., didn’t qualify. This year, The Journal expanded its 2019 airport rankings to 40 airports and split the list into two categories: large and midsize.
